With a proprietary methodology and a unique combination of data analytics, technology-managed services, and applied artificial intelligence (AI), Voxtur Analytics Corp (OTCMKTS:VXTRF, CVE:VXTR) redefines the real estate lifecycle. The company has many sources of revenue – from mortgage services, valuation products, tax assessments, and title. All these services, all on a single streamlined platform, have either a transaction-based model or, more importantly from a margins point of view, software as a service (SaaS) model. SaaS models have many benefits, including higher margins, low churn and high renewal rates, more efficient R&D spend, and a long-term recurring revenue opportunity. In addition, with recent and possible future acquisitions, revenues stemming from all sides of the business are set to grow at a double-digit rate.

Talking with Anow CEO recently, Anow’s appraisal and lender product volume has increased by about 200%. These increases accrue directly to Voxtur’s bottom line.

Voxtur’s Executive Chairman Gary Yeoman also recently talked about future acquisitions that would support Voxturs real estate ecosystem and revenue streams:

“We believe our revenue is going to track very well and grow. We’ve got a number of new clients and offerings that are taking place as we speak. We will be rolling that out to the public when we are allowed to. When we finalize it and got the necessary approvals to be able to press release that. We feel very buoyant on the opportunities and the things that we have and the public will be finding out in due course.” – Voxtur Analytics Exec Chairman Gary Yeoman”

To add to that sentiment, Voxtur’s CRO had this to say about Voxturs upcoming financials:

“Our operations and development teams are very busy right now, to say the least. So that trend should continue to grow. I don’t see any reason why you wouldn’t see double-digit growth” – Voxtur Analytics CRO Matt Harrick
