Voxtur Analytics (VXTR) Expands Platform with Asset Management Acquisition

Voxtur Analytics Corp (OTCMKTS:VXTRF, CVE:VXTR) made another tech-centric acquisition expanding its vast real estate product portfolio. On top of providing services in property tax, valuations, and title services, Voxtur’s acquisition of RealWealth (to be renamed VoxturWealth) expands the platform to meet the needs of property/asset managers.

“All of this will be on our asset management portfolio. Whether it’s with RBC, BMO, a small family high net worth office, or a law office manging things on behalf of their clients, this has a material advantage for multiple purposes.” – Voxtur Analytics Exec Chair Gary Yeoman

RealWealth developed a proprietary, investor-centric digital platform intended to change consumer behaviour by democratizing data, content, tools, and fiduciary support. A high-level asset management tool offered on a private blockchain.

“We are one of the only companies that I am aware of right now that have all of the data, has applications that are already built, that we built for multiple purposes. But this will be one of them. It’s called repurposing and reusing existing assets that you have.” – Voxtur Analytics Exec Chair Gary Yeoman

The acquisition is another step forward in Voxtur’s transition to becoming the one-stop-shop, full-service real estate technology platform. Voxtur’s already possessed industry-leading technology solutions across the real estate transaction value-chain but will now become one of the most trusted real estate management platforms in North America.

Watch the full interview for a full breakdown of the RealWealth acquisition and how the integration into the Voxtur platform differentiates the real estate tech business further.
