The 2022 PropTech Video You Have Been Waiting For | Midas Letter Daily ft $VXTR
/

PropTech is one of the fastest-growing sectors in the world today. Real estate technology is reshaping the largest asset class in the world. Real estate data has historically been incomplete, contained errors, and lacked transparency. This inefficiency makes the $9 Trillion commercial real estate asset class primed for disruption.

Voxtur Analytics Corp (CVE:VXTR, OTCMKTS:VXTRF) is our favourite PropTech company. Voxtur is transforming all aspects of the real estate transaction pipeline through digitization.

Today we speak with CEO Jim Albertelli and believe investors will be enlightened extensively. The CEO provides excellent updates on how Voxtur’s digital platform and company, in general, is scaling.

Voxtur just announced an upgrade to its 2021 guidance of $95 million. That’s a 58% increase from previous estimates. The company is also set to announce guidance for 2022, which looks impressive.

Look for 2022 to be the real inflection point for the company – if you didn’t already think last year’s growth was enough proof of concept.
